INTRODUCTION: It is an ADMONITION and a COMMANDMENT. Galatians 6:1-2 Godly heroes in the Bible who were overtaken: MOSES, DAVID, SIMON PETER, JOHN MARK

I.THE MINISTRY OF RESTORATION Galatians 6:1, Romans 15:1

II.THE MANNER OF RESTORATION

Galatians 6:1 “restore such an one in the spirit of meekness”

A) Restore with Meekness – Gently

B) Restore Humbly Galatians 6:1 “restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; CONSIDERING THYSELF, LEST THOU ALSO BE TEMPTED.” Matthew 5:7

C) Restore Sympathetically

Galatians 6:2, “Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.”

Galatians 6:5, “For every man shall bear his own burden.”

Two different words are used for burden.

In verse 2 Burdens means “OPPRESSIVE WEIGHTS.”

But in verse 5 it means a load like a SOLDIER’S BACKPACK.

II Thessalonians 3:10

ILLUSTRATE: No one can ________ for you! (Repent, Receive Christ, Serve, Tithe, pray your own prayers, Do your soul winning, Love God, etc.)

III. THE MOTIVE OF THIS MINISTRY
