Goliath Means AN EXILE OR SOOTHSAYER
The Philistines were the arch enemies of Israel and had gathered for war against God’s people.
Then David said to the Philistine:
I Samuel 17:45-47
Focus on giants – you stumble; Focus on God – your giants tumble.
I. HE SIZED UP THE PROBLEM

B.) A Friendly Fire
1. The Enemy of Past Carelessness and Failure.

II. HE IS SECURE IN THE PERSON OF GOD

Conclusion:
There were two major giants in David’s Life:
1.) The Giant Of Enormity - Goliath
2.) The Giant Of Iniquity - Personal Sin
Even through he was a great Sinner He was also a Great Repenter!   Psalm 51:1-19
