Introduction: The Parents and their child. Hebrews 11:23
Amram (the father) and Jochebed (the mother). Their faith was superb.
1. The presence of faith. "By faith, his parents”. Hebrews 11:23
2. The partnership of faith. "By faith, his parents". Hebrews 11:23
3. The perceiving by faith. "They saw he was a proper child".

4. The priority of faith. "Hid three months of [by] his parents".

5. The peace from faith. "They were not afraid of the king's commandment". Hebrews 11:23
6. The protection in faith. "Was hid three months of [by] his parents".

7. The prudence of faith. "When he was born, was hid three months of [by] his parents. Hebrews 11:23

We are not talking about Moses’ faith at this time. Amram = Exalted People/Mighty Nation Jochebed = Jah is honour/YHWH is Glory
I. GODLY PARENTAL FAITH’S VISION
They Saw the Will of God Exodus 2:2
1.) They Worked God’s Will in Moses’ Life.
2.) They Gave a Vision to Moses.
3.) They Saw the Good and Brought Out the Best in Moses.
II. GODLY PARENTAL FAITH’S VENTURE
They Did the Will of God Exodus 2:3-4, Proverbs 22:6
A.) True Faith Always Produces Action
James 2:17, Proverbs 22:6
B.) We learn from these two godly Parents that:
1.) Faith Is Not: (1) Fatalism (2) Fanaticism (3) Fear
2.) Real Faith Is Belief with Legs on It.
III. GODLY PARENTAL FAITH’S VALOR
They Fear Not Pharaoh’s Commands Hebrews 11:23, Exodus 1:22
A.) Fear Is the Opposite of Faith
B.) Instead of Asking People How Are You Feeling,
Maybe We Should Be Asking: How Are You Faithing
Dark Days that are out of our control. II Kings 20:12-19
Hezekiah is sacrificing the permeant upon the altar of the immediate. II Kings 20:19 Hezekiah’s Failure to Have Faith for The Future of His Family.
IV. GODLY PARENTAL FAITH’S VICTORY
They Raised a Child That God Used Greatly
Hebrews 11:24-26 Moses’ Baby Story Moses’ Parents Amram and Jochebed Exodus 2:1-10 Faith honors God, and God honors faith. Jochebed was paid by the daughter of Pharaoh to nurse and raise her own child. Acts 7:22

Moses was great because he had to great parents.
They were great in their faith in God. Ephesians 2:8-9
