Ecclesiastes 3:1–22

The Book of Ecclesiastes is Solomon’s Life Journal, and in chapter 3 he writes a Poem About Time and Purpose. Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

Introduction: Time started in Genesis 1:1, John 7:6, John 10:10. There are 3 basic Greek words for Time in the New Testament CHRONOS, KAITROS, and AION Time! John 7:6, Mark 1:15, and Romans. 13:11 Living a Kairos Life in a Chronos World!

#1. Respect God with An Awesome Respect. Ecclesiastes 12:13 “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God”

#2. Keep God’s Commandments. Ecclesiastes 12:13 “keep His Commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.”

# 3 Realize God’s Judgements. Ecclesiastes 12:14

“For God shall bring every work unto judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil”

Conclusion: Matthew 6:23, John 7:6, and Romans 13:11-14
